What is your least favorite emotion? Drop it in the comments

My least favorite emotion is grief. When grief shows up in my life, I try to have a dialogue and get curious about the lessons, the purpose and the meaning of the emotion. Just like a child can move through grief in 10 min, we can do the same if we allow ourselves to have full expression. Suppression is a deception — we think we escaped the negative feelings but really we just postponed them — it’s a form of procrastination.

Shake it off, scream it out, write it down, do whatever you have to do to keep the emotions in motion! And don’t forget that you are more than your feelings- you are a resilient spirit, a force of nature with the strength to rise above any challenge.
